 All prize payouts (includes team payouts as well as optional jackpots) will be mailed to team captains (first name on entry form) within 30 days.  First round results, average & handicap sheets, tournament rules, tournament certification, and/or other tournament requests can be made to KARA CHACKO - TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR:  kchacko@ptd.net or 570.208.2965 option 5.  All results have been verified and are final.  The tournament staff reserves all rights.
